Who topped Yahoo searches in 2007? Britney, of course!

Reuters (via ABCNews.com) report that Brit has topped the annual Yahoo list for six of the past seven years, being knocked out of the top spot only once, in 2004, by Paris Hilton. Paris ended up third this year.

Coming in at #2 was the World Wrestling Entertainment, which was second last year as well.

Lindsay came in sixth, rising from #10 last year.

Lilo was seen attending the 12th Annual Capri Hollywood International Film Festival on Day 2 of the public event.

The public event took place in Capri, Italy at Certosa di San Giacomo yesterday, December 28, 2007.

At the event she was pictured with Hayden Panettiere, Carla Gugino and Tiziana Rocca.

Also that same day she was seen out and about shopping at Capri Island and while out and about she posed with Pascal Vicedomini and Lina Wertmuller.

Lindsay to be honoured in Capri

Actress Lindsay Lohan is to be honoured for contribution to the film industry at a festival in Italy.

The Mean Girls star will praised for her film roles at the Capri Film Festival on Sunday.

Festival organiser Pascal Vicedomini says, “It is indeed an honour to have Lindsay Lohan at Capri, Hollywood.

“We are delighted to recognise her talent as a performing artist, as well as her position as an icon in the world of entertainment.”

Oscar winners Vanessa Redgrave, Faye Dunaway, Mira Sorvino and Geoffrey Rush are just some of the previous recipients of the honour.

Lindsay Caught Trying to Steal

After being caught attempting to take off with a shopping cart, Lindsay Lohan can add theft to her personal credits of “attention whore and recovering coke addict.” Lohan was apparently unable to or too lazy to act like a regular customer in carrying her groceries a short walk up the road. The actress allegedly tried to wheel one of Bristol Farms’ shopping carts all the way home.

According to an article in Star Magazine: “After picking up groceries at Bristol Farms market in Los Angeles on December 15th. Lindsay, who lives right up the street, tried to wheel the cart home with her!”

An eyewitness shared: “Lindsay was trying to push the cart past the exit, but the wheels locked up due to the sensors.”
